All materials, articles, graphics, found within the Water and Woods network of websites are copyright protected unless otherwise noted. Material such as graphics that have been released to the public will be clearly marked as so and can be used at your own discretion free of royalties or infringement privacies.
We routinely investigate and legally pursue websites or written publications infringing on our copyright in any form. No materials may be redistributed, or republished, in either print or electronic formatting without proper permissions directly from Water and Woods or the original owner of the material in question.
All work performed by our graphics department, such as client web graphics, shall be deemed property of client once purchase has been completed and therefore release our network of any ownership. In certain cases we will offer legal cooperation to client in order of pursuance to prove ownership of purchased materials and protection of copyright materials.
